You will find a few differences in how we operate compared to Loy, but believe you will feel welcome. If ever you don't, please let us know!
Shipping
We use the Postal Service. That gets you your order in about 3 days or less in the USA, where we pay the shipping on all orders over $50. Loy charged a percentage with a minimum and maximum dollar amount.
Overseas, we charge based on our costs to do business - credit card charges (which are higher outside the USA), shipping and insurance.
Lines Represented
Loy was expert in the Digitrax line and we will all miss his level of expertise there. Bruce has chosen to offer a variety of brands and not concentrate on a single line. We feel that this gives our customers a wider set of options.
